Emanuela Imami, RDH Dental Hygienist
Before diving into the world of dental hygiene, Emanuela had an accomplished career as a design engineer specializing in heating and air conditioning (HVAC) in Albania. She practiced engineering for five years before moving to the US in 2012. It was in the US that she was introduced to the world of dental hygiene. Inspired by a hygienist she met, Emanuela saw the profound impact dental hygienists could have on patients, which reignited her passion for helping people. This newfound passion drove her to enroll at Quinsigamond Community College, where she earned a Dental Hygiene degree and obtained her RDH certification.
Emanuela’s dedication to her patients is evident in her daily interactions. She not only provides exceptional oral care but also educates her patients on the critical links between oral health and overall health. Emanuela finds immense joy in working with a diverse range of patients, helping them achieve healthier mouths and, by extension, lives.
Outside of her professional life, Emanuela is a loving wife and mother to two boys in their hometown of Worcester. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, shopping, and spending quality moments with her family. She also loves traveling, with Paris and Italy being her favorite destinations.
Emanuela is certified in CPR, AED, OSHA, and holds a permit L in local anesthesia, underscoring her commitment to comprehensive patient care.
