Insurance Information

At Central New England Dental Associates we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. We accept most dental plans with the exception of  Mass Health, although we may be considered an out of network provder with some insurance plans.

It is your responisiblility to know what your benefits are under your dental insurance plan.

If you have dental coverage, our office with collect from you only the co-insurance and unmet deductible amount,as well as any non covered services.

You insurance policy is an contract and your insurance company.C.N.E Dental associates cannot gurantee payment for any claim.Many insurance companies will pay only the fixed allowance for procedures and others will pay only a percentage of the charge.It is your responsibility to pay any unjmet deductible amount ,co-pay or any balance not paid by your insurance company for any reason.Professional fees for dental services are expected in full and at the time of service unless previous arrangement were made in advance.

When charges are filed with your insurance carrier with assignment of your benefits to our office, any fees unpaid after 30 days will become the patients responsibility
